The draft conference program offers a great balance of talks, hands-on activities, and plenty of time underground. Pre-conference caving will kick things off, starting from the 18th June, followed by a full week of engaging talks, shared meals, and caving adventures.
The conference will officially begin with registration and a welcome barbecue on Sunday the 20th June.
From Monday to Friday, the conference days will feature a strong program of presentations, with morning tea and lunch provided each day, and most afternoons set aside for caving trips, speleosports challenges and some self-rescue techniques exercises.
Saturday 26th June will feature a dedicated cave rescue exercise, offering a chance to observe, participate, and learn from a realistic rescue scenario.
The conference will conclude in style with a finale dinner and awards night on Saturday evening, 26th June.
If you want to stick around after the conference, there will be more full days of caving on Sunday and Monday 27-28th June.
